Community

NPT is committed to engaging within our communities and supporting local charitable organisations.

As a leading provider of non‑emergency patient transport services, NPT is privileged to play a role in supporting our local communities. Community engagement is also a pillar that our parent company, CDC invests in, supporting and giving back to local communities in areas that we serve.

NPT has supported a wide variety of organisations and causes over the years. We are actively involved and support charities, such as Sane Australia, Salvation Army, Movember as well any inspiring initiatives undertaken by our employees. We also participate in fundraising events such as Red Nose Day and Australia’s Biggest Morning tea.

Movember Campaign

NPT annually supports and promotes Movember, an initiative by the ComfortDelGro Corporation Australia (CDC) group to raise awareness for men’s health and help reduce the incidence of male suicide.

In 2020, about 100 ambulances across Victoria, New South Wales and Western Australia have been adorned with the iconic moustache to raise awareness for the Movember campaign throughout the month of November.

Christmas Appeal

Every year, NPT compliments the festive season with a focus on giving. For many years, our annual Christmas event has seen funds raised and donated to SANE Australia. In 2019 NPT used its Christmas fundraising efforts to run a Food and Toy Drive for the Salvation Army. Funds raised from our Christmas event, and from generous supplier donations, were used to purchase quality gifts to add to our contribution to the Salvos Christmas Appeal.
