Victoria
NPT has been providing safe and reliable patient transport services across Victoria for over 25 years and transporting over 170,000 patients annually. NPT provides the complete range of Non‑Emergency Patient Transport services including low, medium, and high acuity stretcher transport, bariatric transport and wheelchair and sedan transport.
With long term partnerships with key customers, NPT is one of the largest private providers of patient transport services in Victoria. Partners include Ambulance Victoria, Alfred Health, Austin Health, Barwon Health, Eastern Health, Epworth HealthCare, Mercy Health, Monash Health, Northern Health, St John of God Health Care, Southwest Healthcare, Western District Health Service and many other smaller hospitals.
NPT operates from 3 main branches, as well as smaller satellite locations across Melbourne. In regional Victoria, NPT has branches in Geelong, Warrnambool, Hamilton, Mildura, Swan Hill, Wodonga, Wangarrata, Shepparton, Kilmore and Seymour.
New South Wales
Since 2016, NPT has been operating in New South Wales under a Non‑Emergency Patient Contract with NSW HealthShare. With over 90 employees, NPT operates 35 vehicles across Taren Point, St Peters, Penrith/St Marys, Seven Hills, Revesby and Newcastle
Western Australia
For well over a decade, NPT has provided Non‑Emergency Patient Transport services in Perth and surrounding areas. We currently provide services to WA Health, St John of God Healthcare, Fiona Stanley Hospital, Peel Health and Hollywood Private.
