Customer Service Centre

NPT’s Customer Service Centre, based in Noble Park North, provides customer support to major health services and Ambulance Victoria 24/7 as well as providing After Hours Telephone Referral Services on behalf of the Victorian Department of Housing.

Non-Emergency Patient Transport bookings received via the NPT online booking system, RealTime are individually checked by the customer service team prior to being electronically forwarded to the NPT dispatch system. Our primary goals are to meet customer needs by ensuring the correct vehicles are dispatched to meet the patient’s clinical requirements and to provide patients with the very best experience.

With a focus on excellent communication, prompt call answering and timely service delivery the NPT Customer Service Centre fully understands the individual needs of our customers and aims to continually meet their expectations.
