Our Management System includes all areas and activities under the management and control of NPT Group. Our manuals, policies, procedures and records demonstrate NPT Group’s ability to consistently provide services that meet customer and applicable regulatory requirements. Our Management System has been accredited to international standards for quality management systems, ISO 9000:2008 through Lloyds Register – registration number MEL6004710

Our Management System Manual provides a source of information and guidance on the application of our policies and the establishment of a framework for service delivery. The aim of the system is to provide a structured approach to the activities that are undertaken by NPT Group to provide a consistent, efficient and systematic approach to the way we manage our business. One of our key objectives is to ensure that it continues to enhance customer satisfaction through the effective application of the Management System.
