We endeavour to continually meet our customer’s requirements but we also recognise that at times things do not always go according to plan. Therefore NPT Group has created a Customer Support position within our Operations Centre to provide proactive support and information to customers.
NPT Customer Support representative is Eilleen Scott, one of our most experienced Operations Centre call takers, who has worked for NPT group for over 10 years. She is the first point of call to handle all customer feedback.
