Training and development is a high priority of NPT Group. Once you join our organisation, your career development is fostered through on the job and formal training.
We offer full-time and casual positions. All new staff members undertake an intensive induction programme. As a quality accredited company we have an online quality management system with each team member allocated email access to facilitate communication within our business.
Online training via the intranet supports career development within the organisation. Team members participate in online self directed learning packages on a regular basis.
