National Patient Transport (NPT) is a leading private provider of Non‑Emergency Patient Transport services in Victoria, New South Wales and Western Australia.

Our team provide patient transport services 24 hours a day, 365 days of the year with patient care, safety and meeting the needs of customers amongst our highest priorities. The Customer Support Centre coordinates the transport of patients between hospitals, from hospital to home and from home to outpatient appointments with a focus on streamlining transport to improve patient access and provide reliable service delivery.

NPT employs in excess of 500 qualified staff and has a fleet of over 200 vehicles to provide services in NSW, Victoria and Western Australia

New South Wales

Since 2016, NPT has been operating in New South Wales under a Non‑Emergency Patient Contract with NSW HealthShare.

Western Australia

For well over a decade, NPT has provided Non‑Emergency Patient Transport services in Perth and surrounding areas.

NPT Heart Training Courses

NPT Heart is the training division of NPT. As a Registered Training Provider (RTO), NPT Heart’s high quality nationally accredited qualification programs meet the high standards set out by the Australian Qualifications Framework and regulated by the Australian Skills Quality Authority (ASQA).

Our training programs are delivered by a team of highly qualified and experienced trainers and assessors who have many years of experience within both the emergency and NEPT industry. They aim to make the learning experience engaging and fun, and ensure that our students acquire job-ready knowledge and skills.
